PAYAPRESS to Demonstrate Busbar Processing Machines at FABTECH 2026

A pioneer busbar machine manufacturer will run cutting, punching and bending demonstrations in Las Vegas with U.S. representative International Technologies.

Copper busbar accuracy determines how much rework a panel builder faces at the assembly bench”

— Amin Shaverdi, CEO of PAYAPRESS

CA, UNITED STATES, August 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — PAYAPRESS, a Dubai-based manufacturer of busbar processing machines, will exhibit at FABTECH 2026, held October 21-23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. At Booth C6448, the company will run live cutting, punching and bending demonstrations together with its U.S. representative, International Technologies.

Why Busbar Accuracy Matters to Panel Builders
Copper and aluminum busbars carry current inside electrical panels, switchgear assemblies and power distribution equipment. Before installation, each bar is cut to length, punched for connection holes and bent to the geometry on the assembly drawing. When dimensions drift from one part to the next, panel builders face misalignment at bolted joints, extra work at the bench, scrapped copper and delays down the line. At Booth C6448, visitors can watch sample bars processed on site and discuss their own production requirements with PAYAPRESS technical staff.

Not one but three of PAYAPRESS’s machine lines at Booth C6448
The A-Series is a 3-in-1 system that combines cutting, punching and bending in a single working area, so an operator can move a bar between operations without transferring it to separate equipment. It comes in three sizes: the HBC-A120, for busbars up to 120 mm wide and 12 mm thick; the HBC-A160, up to 160 mm and 15 mm; and the HBC-A200, up to 200 mm and 20 mm. Each model carries three independent power packs, one per station, so three operators can work at the same time.

The CP-Series pairs cutting and punching in one frame across the same three size classes — HBC-CP120, HBC-CP160 and HBC-CP200 — with two independent power packs per machine. Each model comes in two versions: the ES version uses an automatic programmable length stopper that stores cut and hole positions, while the EH version uses a manual length stopper. Working capacity is identical in both, so the choice depends on production volume rather than busbar size.

The third line is the HBC-CP.CNC200, a fully programmable cnc busbar machine for shops running higher volumes or frequent job changes. Its tool carrier holds seven stations, six for punching and one for cutting, and it processes copper and aluminum bars up to 4 meters long at 200 x 15 mm capacity. The operator loads the job and the machine repeats every cut and every hole position directly from the drawing.

Digital Ruler and 3,600-Pulse Encoder: How the Machines Hold Accuracy
Repeatability comes from measurement, and two features do that work. A digital ruler on the machine gives the operator a direct, precise length readout while positioning the bar — no tape measure, no marking out. On the bending side, a linear encoder measures piston displacement on every stroke, and a spring-back compensation system working with a 3,600-pulse encoder holds bend angles identical across repeated parts, even as material batches vary. Z-shape, twist and edge-bending molds will also be on display at the booth.

Three Years of Successful Results in the U.S. Market
“After three years of working with PAYAPRESS and selling a large number of these machines, the customer feedback is consistent,” said Justin D. Luman of International Technologies, Inc., PAYAPRESS’s representative in the United States. “The performance and output hold up shift after shift, and the service life stands out — especially the life of the consumable tooling. Owners stay satisfied, and customers who bought one machine come back for the next size up.”
“Copper busbar accuracy determines how much rework a panel builder faces at the assembly bench,” said Amin Shaverdi, CEO of PAYAPRESS. “We are bringing the A-Series, the CP-Series and the CNC200 to Las Vegas so North American panel builders and switchgear manufacturers can see that consistency for themselves, rather than read about it on a spec sheet.”

We are waiting for you at booth
Demonstrations run throughout show hours on all three days, with technical and commercial staff available to answer questions on machine capability, tooling selection, configuration and regional support. Manufacturers with specific production requirements are encouraged to book a meeting in advance through sales@payapress.com or WhatsApp +971 55 695 7664 to secure dedicated time with the technical team.
