Oregon Pacific Bank Hires Katherine Ledson as Portland Market President.
Ledson brings more than two decades of leadership experience in commercial and retail banking across the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, she built and led a new commercial banking market in the Portland metro area from the ground up. Throughout her career, she has focused on developing strong teams, supporting local businesses, and building lasting client relationships.
Continued Investment in the Portland Market
Katherine’s appointment reflects Oregon Pacific Bank’s ongoing commitment to the Portland metropolitan area. Since opening its Portland branch in Tigard in 2023, the Bank has steadily invested in its local team, also adding a dedicated Trust Officer this year, and continuing to grow the branch’s ability to serve Portland-area businesses, nonprofits, and families.
“Katherine is a strong leader who knows what it takes to grow a market and take good care of clients,” said John Raleigh, EVP and Chief Lending Officer at Oregon Pacific Bank. “Portland is an important market for us, and having someone with Katherine’s experience and local relationships leading the way will help us keep building the kind of community bank that Portland businesses and families can count on.”
Background & Credentials
Ledson holds a Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Seattle University’s Albers School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Emory University. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, Foster School of Business.
She is an active member of NAIOP, CREW, the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce, and the Portland Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the board of the Classic Wine Foundation.
“I’m passionate about the importance and work of community banks, and I chose Oregon Pacific Bank for its culture, its people, its long-standing history, and its financial strength,” said Ledson. “OPB has a strong commitment to serving local communities, local decision-making, and a relationship-driven approach to banking. It has a strong foundation in the Portland market, and I’m excited to build on that momentum by deepening client relationships, supporting and expanding our team, and driving growth.”
